We are ready to work from your brief and find solutions to your designs: our service includes pre-production prototypes for evaluation and suitability before and roll out. Development is critical at this stage as it will ensure that the design satisfies all aspects within the brief.

Manufacture
All products manufactured by Pennant are produced in the UK from materials sourced in the UK and mainland Europe.ur management system check and monitor the production process ensuring the products meet your specification. Our stringent quality control measures are in place throughout all stages of manufacture.

Distribution
All our products are packed with suitable protection and packing materials are sourced to client specification.We are able to deliver to your requirements, from dispatch direct to multiple stores or bulk delivery to your warehouse, we can ensure your needs are met.

Colour Matching
We are able to provide a colour matching service for even small sheet quantities allowing us to manufacture products to a non-standard specification.

Acrylic rods, tubes and extruded profiles are made in a variety of colours and sizes and are available to order.

Fluorescent (live edge) colours come in vibrant tinted shades and new ‘softer frosted tones.

Using modern advancements in technology including precision laser cutting, we are able to create eye-catching intricate shapes in many sizes, colours and finishes to enhance your displays.

Laser Cutting
The laser cutting of our acrylic materials allows fast, precision manufacturing with minimal waste resulting in lower prices, better quality, greater design flexibility and even faster delivery times. We have recently extended our laser cutting facility to include our largest laser yet with a bed size of two by three metres to maximise efficiency.

We can laser cut any unusual shape in virtually and size to help you realise your merchandising ideas.

Etching
Laser etching on to acrylic can enhance your display and is also useful for effective and low-cost product branding.

Screen Printing
All our standard products can be screen printed to reinforce you brand or to communicate a specific message.

Product Branding
Products can be overprinted with logos and branding in any colour or design. We also provide vinyl graphics and offer low cost product branding solutions. As an alternative we can also etch or engrave using our laser cutters.

A large range of mechanical fixing methods and super clear tapes or magnetic fittings offer further possibilities and design options.

Fabrication

Our forming section is equipped for multiple line bending from small to large radiuses over long lengths. We oven and vacuum form and mould by a variety of other thermoforming processes.

Our plastic materials can be joined in many ways including solvent welding and our brand new 'UV' bonding for invisible joints.
