As part of our ongoing investment in the latest technology we have recently expanded our acrylics laser cutting facility with the building of a new 5000 square foot purpose built extension to create a laser technology centre. This incorporates an additional state-of-the-art laser with a bed size of 2500mm x 1800mm and a powerful 400 watt output. We can cut intricate shapes and individual designs in acrylic up to 50mm thick. Our lasers allows fast, precision cutting of large and small components in incredible detail, letters for signs and virtually any shape you can draw. This special trade service is available to all industries that require precision manufacturing with minimal waste, consistant quality, design flexibility and fast delivery. There are no tooling costs - lasers cut and polish in one operation and they operate much faster than conventional machinery. As there are little, or no setting up costs it is possible to offer competitive prices for both long and short production runs.
